RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Adviras, each piece is thoughtfully designed and crafted with care. We request you to read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order, as it explains the terms under which returns, exchanges, or refunds may be accepted.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • You have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product

  • The issue is reported to us within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags and packaging intact

Any return request not meeting the above criteria may not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Products

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Made-to-order or customized / size-specific products

  • Products purchased during sales, discounts, or promotional offers

  • Products showing signs of use, washing, alteration, or damage caused by the customer

  • Requests made after the return request window has closed

3. Color & Appearance Disclaimer

  • Slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to lighting, photography, fabric batches, or screen/display settings.

  • Such variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or refund.

4. Return Request Process

To initiate a return request:

  1. Email us at advirasfashionhouse@gmail.com

  2. Include:

    • Order ID

    • Clear images/videos showing the issue

    • A brief description of the problem

Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

5. Return Approval & Pickup

  • Returns will be accepted only after approval from our team.

  • If approved, we will arrange a return pickup or provide return instructions.

  • Products sent back without approval will not be accepted.

6. Refunds

  • Once the returned product passes quality inspection, the refund will be processed.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, at Adviras’ discretion.

  • Refund processing may take 7–10 business days after approval.

7. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are offered only for size issues, subject to product availability.

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Custom or made-to-order products are not eligible for exchange.

8. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

  • In case of approved returns due to defects or incorrect items, return shipping will be covered by Adviras.

9. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

  • For made-to-order or customized products, cancellations are not permitted once the order is confirmed.

10. Final Decision

  • Adviras reserves the right to accept or reject any return, refund, or exchange request based on the condition of the product and compliance with this policy.

  • All decisions made by Adviras shall be final and binding.
